We hope that you celebrated a safe and happy Fourth of July! We celebrate this holiday each year to honor our birth as an independent nation. When you consider how much gets poured into this holiday – paid time off work, barbecues, picnics, parades, fireworks – we’re reminded just how important our autonomy is.
Independence extends to all parts of life. As humans, we are constantly fighting for more freedom in our daily lives. For many of us, this independence comes with time and commitment, but for others, it’s lost. People who struggle with substance abuse find their independence slipping away day after day. They become prisoners in their own bodies.
The only way to gain back independence is to seek treatment. The River Source offers all levels of care: detox, residential inpatient treatment, day treatment program, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and our new residential inpatient teen program*. A program exists for every circumstance, and patients receive the specialized care they need to fully recover mentally, physically and spiritually.
